Kelly began her career in the cleaning industry in the early 2000s while studying at university, initially working part-time before identifying a clear opportunity to build a people-focused, high-quality commercial cleaning business. As Co-Founder of Cleanworks, Kelly has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's values, culture and national brand presence.
In her role as Managing Director, Kelly provides strategic direction across finance, sales, and marketing, driving sustainable growth while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and relationships. A committed advocate for continuous learning, Kelly leads by example and is a strong supporter of women in leadership, mentoring others to develop their skills and confidence.
